Mental health and wellbeing

• Access 24/7 out of hours mental health support via our partner, Spectrum Life 
• If you’re staying in residences over the break, your hall wellbeing teams are available and can be contacted by calling 0800 058 4100, emailing hallswellbeing@lse.ac.uk or by simply visiting the reception at your hall. There's lots of activities and events throughout the break in halls. To find out more visit Halls Life.

• The Digital Skills Lab have lots of self-study resources available – visit the Digital Skills Lab course catalogue 
• Find Library resources and tools to support your studies, and access information about Library workshops on Moodle. You can check Library opening hours online.
