The LSESU British Red Cross Society was recently re-launched in 2022 and has been one of the fastest-growing student-led charity groups on campus.
Through our various initiatives, we aim to raise awareness about the needs of vulnerable populations across the country and abroad. We provide meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Our fundraisers aim to support appeals that provide resources and other support to those affected by disasters and emergencies.
Our volunteer opportunities allow students to contribute their time and skills to important causes.
Our career and hosted events provide valuable networking opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in the non-profit sector and international humanitarian development.
We also organise socials which offer a fun and supportive environment for students to connect with like-minded individuals and build lasting connections.
