Castore Consulting is a strategy advisory that delivers disruptive solutions for startups.
We support young ventures by offering a range of services to create sustainable growth and success. In line with our vision, we are an official partner of LSE Generate — the home for entrepreneurship at LSE.
Startup businesses often have limited time and resources to study the vast amounts of insights that could be put into practice. We aim to help these young ventures to thrive by combining extensive backgrounds of knowledge covering every aspect of strategy, management, and entrepreneurship.
Our imperative is to provide holistic, profound, and critical advice that points the way to a prosperous future. We seek to challenge the status quo and to come up with creative, unconventional, and unexpected angles to tackle a magnitude of strategic challenges.

Membership
Purchasing our membership allows members to join our core consulting team as well as attend our events throughout the year. Most importantly it is a chance to meet some other incredibly talented and driven LSE students who are interested in the field of management consulting and helping startups.
The membership fee goes towards supporting the basic administrative requirements of running the society and facilitating the events that we run.
Please note that you must pass our selection process to be accepted onto our core consulting team. You are not required to have purchased a membership to apply. You will need to purchase a membership once accepted or if you want to attend any of our events.
Project Team Applications
Being a member of Castore enables you to apply for our consulting projects. Every year, we advise promising start-ups and VCs all around the world.
Applications are currently closed and will open again in mid-December 2023 for the following roles: Project Manager, Consultant, and Analyst. While not having a dedicated VC position, students can point out their interest in working on a VC project during the application.
Events and Activities
On top of our primary consulting work, throughout the year we will host:
- Training and development events where members can develop their consulting toolkit including case practice workshops
- Application advice sessions for professional vacancies
- Panel discussions, guest speakers, or webinars with high-caliber consultants and professionals in the financial services industry
- Socials where you can meet other members interested in getting practical startup consulting experience
