Organising your funded event

Congratulations, your event has been funded! You will find below everything you need to know about the next steps you must complete for your event to be successful. You can contact su.arcstaff@lse.ac.uk if you have any questions.

Please, do check the committee hub . The committee hub provides a lot of information and useful tools to help you move forward with your project. If you haven’t done it yet, you must submit an event form . This form is more detailed than the SUF application you’ve submitted and will help us to support you throughout your project. You will be asked to join your detailed budget and a risk assessment. Templates are available on the committee hub.

Please, note that no funding will be made available if the documents mentioned above are not submitted.

Now that we agreed to fund your event, we would recommend you to fill a risk assessment. You can find a risk assessment template here . If you would like to, we can review your risk assessment and provide you with support regarding the logistic part of your event (room booking, catering, AV, security, advice to welcome speakers and much more).
