University life is challenging, with academic pressures, personal growth, and new experiences. As your Academic Representative, I aim to make this journey easier by being a supportive and approachable presence. Whether advocating for better resources, addressing concerns, or just listening, I’m committed to ensuring every student feels supported at LSE.

My core principles:

Inclusivity: Creating an inclusive learning environment is my top priority. I will advocate for initiatives that ensure our classrooms welcome students of all identities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent students. This includes promoting accessibility in all academic settings and encouraging a culture of respect and understanding. An inclusive classroom benefits everyone, and I will work closely with the department to implement policies that ensure all students feel safe, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Transparency: Students will be regularly informed about the outcomes of meetings with staff and the actions being taken in response to their feedback. This includes creating clear channels through which students can share their concerns and suggestions easily.

Collaboration: By working closely with other Student Reps and LSE staff, I will contribute to developing solutions that not only address immediate concerns that are raised by the student body but also enhance the long-term academic environment.
