ACADEMIC: make it easier to navigate which academics are best equipped to help you with individual work like dissertations – by having an overview of academics’ research interests, availability and preferred methods we could better match staff to students

COLLABORATION: improve teambuilding in seminars and beyond by creating moodle discussion fora on seminar, group, module, program and departmental levels so students who have to/ want to work in teams can reach out to their cohort in one place

SELECTION: improve the course selection process to ensure students can better access course information and application deadlines in different departaments.

FEEDBACK: introduce course level FAQ/Q&A portals so useful communication between students and academics regarding courses can be easily accessed at one glance
