LSESU Welcome Week Freshers Fair 2023

Hungarian Society

LSESU Hungarian Society

The LSESU Hungarian Society was formed in order to built a strong Hungarian community and to connect Hungarian students of the LSE with each other and with anyone interested in Hungarian culture, business or politics.

We aim to organise regular socials for our members, many in collaboration with other Central and Eastern European Societies to create a strong community at the LSE.

We will also launch a monthly speaker event series where we invite individuals who achieved something exceptional in their own field of expertise.

We are collaborating with other Central European Societies to promote our region of Europe. We aim to launch our flagship event this summer as well, a one-week trip to Budapest. It will involve cultural programs, sight-seeing as well as fun nights out in the world-famous pubs and ruin bars of the city.

Want to be part of an inclusive, fun, light-hearted community at the LSE? Join the Hungarian Society! Everyone is welcome - even if you have no prior knowledge of the country or its culture!
